Tento fakt n\u00e1m ukazuje, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 hydratace. S p\u0159\u00edchodem jara a letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f je toto t\u00e9ma je\u0161t\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee s n\u00e1r\u016fstem teploty a slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed pot\u0159ebuje na\u0161e t\u011blo v\u00edce tekutin, aby se udr\u017eelo v rovnov\u00e1ze. Krom\u011b pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu m\u00e1 ale na zdrav\u00ed vliv i strava. Pokud se chceme c\u00edtit dob\u0159e a udr\u017eet si optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hydrataci, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek a doplnit ho o \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce a zeleninu s vysok\u00fdm obsahem vody, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad okurky, melouny nebo jahody. Tyto potraviny p\u0159irozen\u011b hydratuj\u00ed organismus a dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed mu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/revolucnicviceni.cz\/vitaminy-a-mineraly\/\">vitam\u00edny<\/a> a miner\u00e1ly. Voda, kofein a alkohol &#8211; jak na tom tv\u00e9 t\u011blo je?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tekutin je nezbytn\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organismu. Pokud nedodr\u017eujete dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tekutin, m\u016f\u017ee to v\u00e9st k dehydrataci a zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Ale m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit dehydrataci, pokud se neust\u00e1le nez\u00e1sobujeme dostate\u010dn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm tekutin. Krom\u011b toho \u010dlov\u011bk v tomto obdob\u00ed nem\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161inou chu\u0165 na klasick\u00e1 j\u00eddla, a proto je vhodn\u00e9 zvolit leh\u010d\u00ed a vodnat\u011bj\u0161\u00ed potraviny &#8211; jako jsou sal\u00e1ty, smoothie nebo ovocn\u00e9 dezerty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy\u017e jsme byli mal\u00ed, bylo to jin\u00e9, ne\u017e te\u010f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kdy\u017e jsem byl mal\u00fd, miloval jsem l\u00e9to a v\u0161echny ty hork\u00e9 dny, kdy jsme se s kamar\u00e1dy koupali v baz\u00e9nu a jedli zmrzlinu. Ale te\u010f, kdy\u017e jsem dosp\u011bl\u00fd, u\u017e nevn\u00edm\u00e1m vysok\u00e9 teploty \u00fapln\u011b tak pozitivn\u011b. Mus\u00edte p\u00edt hodn\u011b vody, a to nejen tehdy, kdy\u017e jste opravdu \u017e\u00edzniv\u00ed, ale pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b po cel\u00fd den. Pokud m\u00e1te probl\u00e9m p\u00edt vodu, zkuste ji dochutit n\u011bjak\u00fdm ovocem nebo bylinkami. <a href=\"https:\/\/revolucnicviceni.cz\/zeleny-caj-zdravi\/\">Zelen\u00fd \u010daj<\/a> s ledem tak\u00e9 funguje skv\u011ble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dal\u0161\u00ed tip, kter\u00fd mi pom\u00e1h\u00e1, je vyh\u00fdbat se nezdrav\u00fdm j\u00eddl\u016fm a alkoholu, kter\u00fd dehydratuje t\u011blo. Sna\u017e\u00edm se j\u00edst lehk\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, jako jsou sal\u00e1ty, ovoce a zeleninu s vysok\u00fdm obsahem vody, nap\u0159\u00edklad meloun nebo okurku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A kone\u010dn\u011b, <strong>pokud m\u00e1te mo\u017enost, zkuste se v dob\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch veder zdr\u017eovat v chladu<\/strong>. Sna\u017ete se b\u00fdt v m\u00edstnostech s klimatizac\u00ed nebo v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b vyhledat st\u00edn.
