V\u011bdci identifikovali na lidsk\u00e9 poko\u017ece p\u0159es 180 r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f bakteri\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osel.cz\/2433-bakterie-lidske-pokozky.html#:~:text=%3A%3A%20OSEL.CZ%20%3A%3A%20,P%C4%9Btadevades%C3%A1t\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">osel.cz<\/a> \u2013 v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich je ne\u0161kodn\u00e1 nebo dokonce prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eovat zdrav\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a br\u00e1nit patogen\u016fm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Citliv\u00fd smyslov\u00fd org\u00e1n:<\/strong> K\u016f\u017ee m\u00e1 mnoho nervov\u00fdch zakon\u010den\u00ed a receptor\u016f, d\u00edky nim\u017e c\u00edt\u00edme dotyk, tlak, teplo, chlad i bolest. N\u011bkter\u00e9 oblasti jsou mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b citliv\u00e9 \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>k\u016f\u017ee rt\u016f je a\u017e 200\u00d7 citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e k\u016f\u017ee na prstech<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esthe-laser.cz\/clanky\/detail-zajimavosti-o-kuzi-416\/#:~:text=Nervov%C3%A1%20zakon%C4%8Den%C3%AD%20v%20k%C5%AF%C5%BEi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> esthe-laser.cz<\/a>. K\u016f\u017ee je zkr\u00e1tka n\u00e1\u0161 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed smyslov\u00fd org\u00e1n a nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b n\u00e1s informuje o okoln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pro\u010d tato fakta zmi\u0148ujeme?<\/em> Uv\u011bdomit si, jak unik\u00e1tn\u00ed a aktivn\u00ed org\u00e1n k\u016f\u017ee je, n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee l\u00e9pe pochopit, pro\u010d vy\u017eaduje <a href=\"https:\/\/revolucnicviceni.cz\/en\/zdravi-az-cz\/\">pravidelnou p\u00e9\u010di<\/a>. Dermatologov\u00e9 varuj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>\u201ezdrav\u00e9 opalov\u00e1n\u00ed neexistuje\u201c<\/strong> \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00e1 d\u00e1vka UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed se s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a k\u016f\u017ee <em>si pamatuje<\/em> ka\u017ed\u00e9 sp\u00e1len\u00ed. Zejm\u00e9na UVA paprsky pronikaj\u00ed hluboko a zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 vedou k pigmentov\u00fdm skvrn\u00e1m, zten\u010den\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee, vr\u00e1sk\u00e1m a dokonce k n\u00e1dor\u016fm. <strong>Nevystavujte se p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu slunci dlouho bez ochrany.<\/strong> Pou\u017e\u00edvejte denn\u011b kvalitn\u00ed opalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9m s SPF (alespo\u0148 30, ide\u00e1ln\u011b 50) a \u0161irokospektr\u00e1ln\u00ed ochranou proti UVA i UVB. No\u0161en\u00ed klobouku, br\u00fdl\u00ed a lehk\u00e9ho od\u011bvu v l\u00e9t\u011b tak\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017ee ochr\u00e1nit k\u016f\u017ei. (V\u00edce o bezpe\u010dn\u00e9m pobytu na slunci a vitam\u00ednu D viz sekce 3 n\u00ed\u017ee.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pravideln\u011b hydratujte a vy\u017eivujte poko\u017eku:<\/strong> Such\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee ztr\u00e1c\u00ed pru\u017enost a tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce vr\u00e1sek. S p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi lety m\u00e1 poko\u017eka tendenci se v\u00edce vysu\u0161ovat \u2013 <strong>kles\u00e1 \u010dinnost mazov\u00fdch \u017el\u00e1z a k\u016f\u017ee h\u016f\u0159e udr\u017euje vlhkost<\/strong>. Proto je nutn\u00e9 j\u00ed pomoci. <strong>Ka\u017edodenn\u00ed hydratace<\/strong> je z\u00e1klad: pou\u017e\u00edvejte kvalitn\u00ed hydrata\u010dn\u00ed kr\u00e9my \u010di ml\u00e9ka (ide\u00e1ln\u011b r\u00e1no i ve\u010der) na obli\u010dej i t\u011blo. Dermatolog MUDr. Miroslav D\u016fra rad\u00ed star\u0161\u00edm lidem \u201epromaz\u00e1vat <strong>po\u0159\u00e1d dokola<\/strong>, aby k\u016f\u017ei dod\u00e1vali hydrataci, proto\u017ee k\u016f\u017ee si ji nedok\u00e1\u017ee udr\u017eet tak jako v ml\u00e1d\u00ed\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/ceskeduchody.cz\/zdravi\/zdrave-opalovani-neexistuje-lekar-radi-jak-po-padesatce-chranit-kuzi#:~:text=%E2%80%9EProto%20by%20se%20m%C4%9Bli%20star%C5%A1%C3%AD,tomu%20rozhodn%C4%9B%20pom%C5%AF%C5%BEe%2C%E2%80%9C%20tvrd%C3%AD%20dermatolog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ceskeduchody.cz<\/a>. Dob\u0159e hydratovan\u00e1 ple\u0165 je pru\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a p\u016fsob\u00ed pln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, mlad\u0161\u00edm dojmem (p\u0159edstavte si rozd\u00edl mezi \u0161\u0165avnatou \u0161vestkou a scvrklou su\u0161enou \u0161vestkou \u2013 takov\u00fd efekt m\u00e1 voda na na\u0161i k\u016f\u017ei).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jemn\u00e1 a pravideln\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de o ple\u0165:<\/strong> Zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm se o k\u016f\u017ei denn\u011b star\u00e1me, ji m\u016f\u017ee bu\u010f posilovat, nebo po\u0161kozovat. Nap\u0159\u00edklad jedna specialistka na v\u00fd\u017eivu doporu\u010duje <em>\u201eide\u00e1ln\u00ed dobu na p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slunci 15 a\u017e 40 minut denn\u011b bez ochrann\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu, l\u00e9pe tedy p\u0159ed 10. a pak po 15. hodin\u011b\u201c<\/em>, kdy je slunce m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si t\u0159eba dopoledne na 20 minut sednete na balkon \u010di zahradu s odhalen\u00fdma rukama a obli\u010dejem, na\u010derp\u00e1te slune\u010dn\u00ed paprsky, a pak se zase ukryjete nebo nama\u017eete. <strong>Alternativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup<\/strong> preferovan\u00fd dermatology: velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 expozice klidn\u011b i kolem poledne (nap\u0159. jen 5\u201310 min), a pak hned ochrana. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee <strong>opalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9m blokuje tvorbu vitam\u00ednu D<\/strong> (UV filtr br\u00e1n\u00ed proniknut\u00ed UVB do k\u016f\u017ee), tak\u017ee onu kr\u00e1tkou d\u00e1vku slunce si opravdu dejte <strong>bez kr\u00e9mu<\/strong> (ale ne d\u00e9le!).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nikdy se nespalte:<\/strong> P\u0159i \u201echytr\u00e9m\u201c opalov\u00e1n\u00ed kv\u016fli vitam\u00ednu D plat\u00ed zlat\u00e9 pravidlo \u2013 <em>z\u00edskat prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 minimum, ale nesp\u00e1lit se<\/em>. Jakmile vyu\u017eijete on\u011bch p\u00e1r minut pro vitam\u00edn D (ne\u017e k\u016f\u017ee za\u010derven\u00e1), <strong>ihned se chra\u0148te<\/strong> \u2013 oble\u010dte si tri\u010dko, schovejte se do st\u00ednu nebo naneste opalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9m a pokra\u010dujte v bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pobytu venku. <strong>Nikdy nez\u016fst\u00e1vejte na ostr\u00e9m slunci nechr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed d\u00e9le, \u201cne\u017e se za\u010derven\u00e1te\u201d.<\/strong> Pokud v\u00edte, \u017ee se bez ochrany sp\u00e1l\u00edte za 10 minut, s SPF 30 by to teoreticky m\u011blo b\u00fdt ~300 minut (30\u00d7 d\u00e9le) <a href=\"https:\/\/ceskeduchody.cz\/zdravi\/zdrave-opalovani-neexistuje-lekar-radi-jak-po-padesatce-chranit-kuzi#:~:text=%C5%98%C3%ADk%C3%A1%20se%2C%20%C5%BEe%20b%C4%9B%C5%BEn%C3%A1%20%C3%BA%C4%8Dinnost,pob%C3%BDt%20na%20slunci%2010kr%C3%A1t%20d%C3%A9le\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ceskeduchody.cz<\/a>, ale pozor \u2013 to je teorie, v praxi se rad\u011bji chra\u0148te mnohem d\u0159\u00edve a d\u016fkladn\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ro\u010dn\u00ed obdob\u00ed a zem\u011bpisn\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka:<\/strong> V na\u0161ich podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch (st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropa) je slunce dostate\u010dn\u011b siln\u00e9 pro tvorbu vitam\u00ednu D hlavn\u011b od dubna do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, a to kolem poledne. V zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch (cca listopad a\u017e \u00fanor) je slunce u n\u00e1s n\u00edzko a <strong>UVB z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed nedopad\u00e1 v dostate\u010dn\u00e9 intenzit\u011b<\/strong>, tak\u017ee si vitam\u00edn D t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nesyntetizujeme. Proto m\u00edv\u00e1 mnoho lid\u00ed p\u0159es zimu vitam\u00ednu D nedostatek. \u0158e\u0161en\u00edm je bu\u010f vycestovat na jih za sluncem, anebo (realisti\u010dt\u011bji) <strong>doplnit \u201ed\u00e9\u010dko\u201c stravou \u010di potravinov\u00fdmi dopl\u0148ky<\/strong>. V j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku jsou zdrojem hlavn\u011b tu\u010dn\u00e9 ryby (losos, makrela), ryb\u00ed tuk, vejce \u010di obohacen\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prozeny.cz\/clanek\/kolik-casu-zustat-na-slunci-abyste-ziskali-dost-vitaminu-d-55127#:~:text=Vitamin%20D%20se%20z%C3%ADsk%C3%A1v%C3%A1%20stravou,com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prozeny.cz<\/a>.
